Bellingham Marine Industries Inc., a Washington state-based manufacturer of concrete floating docks for saltwater marinas, is moving its Northeast division to West Manchester Township in York County from South Norwalk, Conn.
The company, which is expected initially to employ 20 in the new location, bought a 25,000-square-foot building on a 12-acre tract at 225 Hanover Road. Bellingham Marine expects to occupy the building Nov. 1, after extensive renovations. The building's current leaseholding occupant, York P-B Truss Inc., will move to another location in the York area.
