Page 1: China's relationship with Australia is strained, with China effectively banning
visits by senior officials. A royal commission into the Victorian bushfires has been highly
critical of the state's fire services. Cubbie station manager, John Grabbe, says the government
knocked back attempts by the cotton producer to sell its water allocations. Tasmanian
